White Chicks 2 (2025)

White Chicks (2004) is a comedy film directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans, starring Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans as FBI agents Kevin and Marcus Copeland. The movie follows the two brothers as they attempt to redeem themselves after botching a high-profile drug bust. Their next assignment involves protecting two wealthy socialites, Tiffany and Brittany Wilson, who are potential targets of a kidnapping plot. However, when the Wilson sisters suffer minor injuries in a car accident and refuse to attend a Hamptons weekend event, Kevin and Marcus come up with a wild plan: they disguise themselves as the Wilson sisters to maintain their cover and investigate the case.

The transformation is both hilarious and absurd, as the two African-American men undergo extensive makeovers to pass as white women. Once in disguise, they infiltrate the world of the rich and famous, navigating high-society events, fashion shows, and even a dance-off. Along the way, they encounter a series of comedic challenges, including dealing with the Wilson sisters’ friends, who are oblivious to the ruse, and Latrell Spencer (played by Terry Crews), a wealthy and eccentric man who becomes infatuated with “Tiffany.”

As the story unfolds, Kevin and Marcus uncover a deeper conspiracy involving the Vandergeld family, who are behind the kidnapping plot. The Vandergeld brothers plan to frame the Wilson sisters to cover up their own financial crimes. The climax of the film takes place at a charity fashion show, where the real Wilson sisters show up, leading to a chaotic and hilarious showdown. Kevin and Marcus reveal their true identities, expose the Vandergelds, and save the day.

The film ends on a high note, with Kevin and Marcus earning the respect of their FBI colleagues and the gratitude of the Wilson sisters. White Chicks is remembered for its outrageous humour, iconic scenes (like Latrell singing “A Thousand Miles”), and its satirical take on race, gender, and privilege. Despite mixed reviews from critics, the movie became a cult classic and remains a fan favourite for its over-the-top comedy and memorable performances.
